Town of Holly Ridge 2026 Bee Festival

**If you are a food truck, please fill out the food truck application**
CRAFT VENDOR ONLY (PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BEFORE COMPLETING APPLICATION)
• This is an application. Completing this form does not ensure a vendor/ food truck spot at the festival. If approved, you will receive confirmation.
• Vendors are responsible for bringing all additional equipment/supplies required to operate their booth and will be limited to free-standing elements. The Town provides the space only. No water hook-up or electricity will be provided.
• Payment will be due upon confirmation and approval and must be paid in full to secure the vendor space.
• Cash, check, and credit/debit are accepted forms of payment. A 3% non-refundable convenience fee is applied to the total amount of all card payments. Checks can be made out to "Town of Holly Ridge" and may be dropped off at the Holly Ridge Town Hall (212 North Dyson Street).
*Cancellation more than thirty (30) days prior to the event may be refunded in full, if given a written notice. Cancellation less than thirty (30) days prior to the event will result in a loss the vendor fee.
*PLEASE NOTE*
- In support of bringing awareness to the need for bee and pollinator friendly practices, vendors with a bee/ honey themed and/ or agricultural products will receive priority over unrelated vendor types and may be asked to show proof of such products.
- Vendors will be reviewed based on their offerings, and applications will be approved accordingly.
- Once the bee and pollinator vendor quota of 80% is met, additional vendors will be considered for other categories.
- Fees will not be refunded in the event that the vendor cancels or no-shows, or due to inclement weather.
Vendors - $25/ resident space | $50/ non-resident space
Food Trucks - $50/ resident space | $100/ non-resident space
