• The Town of Holly Ridge will provide a 10'x10' vendor space.
• You must register twice if you are wanting two spaces.
• Vendors are responsible for bringing all additional equipment/supplies required to operate their booth and will be limited to free-standing elements. Nothing may be placed or hung on walls, doors, or windows of the building.

• Payment will be due upon confirmation and approval and must be paid in full to secure the vendor space.
• Cash, check, and credit/debit are accepted forms of payment. A 3% non-refundable convenience fee is applied to the total amount of all card payments. Checks can be made out to "Town of Holly Ridge" and may be dropped off at the Holly Ridge Town Hall (212 North Dyson Street).
• Cancellation more than thirty (30) days prior to the event may be refunded in full, if given a written notice. Cancellation less than thirty (30) days prior to the event will result in a loss the vendor fee.

Fees will not be refunded in the event that the vendor cancels or no-shows, or due to inclement weather.
